When water damage happens, its not just the structure that needs care

No matter the job, when we enter a property the care of the contents is always taken into account. When it comes to your belongings there are a few considerations we take depending on the severity of the problem. If the property requires extensive cleaning and restoration, a packout is performed in which the items and contents are cataloged, safely stored, and transported into storage. So far as cleaning, there are a few different techniques that are conducted depending on the severity of the damage to the item, and the type of restoration it requires.

• Dry Cleaning - Lightest type of cleaning
• Wet Cleaning - For removing residues that require water to help facilitate removal
• Spray and Wipe - For items that cannot be made too wet
• Foam Cleaning - For any fabric that cannot be wet cleaned
• Abrasive Cleaning - Deeper cleaning, where a rough material is used
• Immersion Cleaning - Items need to be fully submerged to be cleaned properly
